I'm checking the wiki and it says on using Virection Pills can grew you a secondary penis, and even then that's 10% chance per usage. Is there no other more reliable way?
Is there no other way to increase the number of Penis other than using Virection Pill?

If there is, I don't know about it. In practice, 10% didn't seem too bad when I was using it.
It helps to put the pill in the top slot, at least when using keyboard shortcuts.
Seems like it would be a good option for Dicksprout.
