I can't get enough of characters becoming better more firtile breeders through pregnancy, I don't care if it's the player character or an NPC.
The plant sluts in the forest scratched that itch for a bit by impregnating the MC, but sadly no TF...
Then I came across Kyoko and ascended to heaven.

Where is there more content like this?

Nihara is similar in a way to Kiyoko the more you sex her the baby grows I believe she doesn't follow every other pregnancy stuff. She's in the Undermountain and have to do a quest to preg her.
