Not anymore. Patreon bullshit, payment processor prudes against incest, buncha pricks. You'll need to get an older version, pre 0.7.232.
IMO the crew should switch to SubscribeStar if they can, assuming of course they still want incest to be part of their vision for the game and want to be funded via something that could fill Patreon's shoes.
You could actually find an older version on another site if you're willing to scrounge, I'm just hesitant to actually provide you an older one on this forum lest Patreon bring down some sort of judgment hammer. Remember, every six double dildos are merely one.

Frost dragon and her offspring are being rewritten and Nykke, your Frost Dragon daughter is being rewritten to be the offspring of different individuals. Kiro and Kally's content is changing so that they are stepsiblings. Shade's content is remaining for the time being.
But this topic has been discussed to death. Don't blame Patreon, they're getting shit from the banks and financial institutions they work with. And switching from Patreon to another service provider won't do anything except delay them coming down on developers down the line.

That's not how it works. It's only on larger scales that they take issue with it. A subscription to something like Brazzers can be upwards of 60% on transaction fees imposed by payment processors. Patreon is just trying to avoid being treated like a porn site.
