Is there a way to increase libido in the early game?

I'm trying to view the breed orcs scene after beating Arona and I can't figure out a way to get my libido to 33

If its just the breed orcs scene you want it might be easier to boost your cum quantity via vaush's potions

Force fights in the areas where Arona doesn't spawn in the Foothills, but the wyverns do. Get wyvern venom and use it on yourself. Also if you didn't take the libido starter perk, you can get it by going to the old forest and have seasonal events always spawn in the game menu - get the halloween kas event and when it tells you to pick up a bottle of wine, chose the take two option - the wine increases your libido and also gives you the perk to increase your libido gains.

I don't know where exactly your cutoff is for "early game" but in act 1 you can buy lustful liquor from kohaku in the fox den

Choker of the pain slut from Viv's store is accessible from very early and increases libido for each crit attack on your PC.
