simple question about the weapon from the harvest valley fertility temple, is there a way to build a crit fishing charmer with ample tease power? Trying to make use of it and lean away from the traditional support/pure tease/thunder charmer builds I've done. Essentially, want to know the viability of building around Hearts edge and serpents dance, think assassin stripper build.

I think you might be on to something. Something interesting I found is that a weapon stance spell effect such as Charge Weapon or Blue Flame Blade triggers both effects on the Hearts Edge.
Your encounter could be Song of Spender to stack up resonance, or you could do flames within to essentially double stack the buffs. If you combine that with the pyromancer's set, you can dump willpower and still get high spell power to feed in Charge Weapon. I would recommend Charge Weapon because without Holy Damage, some enemies are like a brick wall.
You can then go charmer with the expert inspiration to essentially get both buffs for 6 turns (essentially permanent). Your final power could be sorran chant for healing and buffs or use some other power.
Like all melee builds, whirlwind is mandatory.
