Is there a time limit of days passed in the game?

I kinda want to just speed-through pregnancies by staying at the Tavros Nursery Deck instead of making my character has faster gestation period (some of those pregnancy can take hundreds of days, and I'm not in the mood to make my character a broodmother). Will the amount of days passed affect anything in the game?

Not unless you get an integer overflow, or past JavaScript's max safe integer, or something like that, all of which are extremely unlikely to happen legitimately - and even then, any problems you might face from that would be due to the limitations of JavaScript rather than the game's fault. TiTS is designed such that you can take as much time as you want.
