forearm-length member is 16 inches long and eight inches across is my characters size but i have now discovered that i cant fit in some girls anymore even while i'm exploring and finding new characteras so what's the point in getting bigger from here when less or no body will be able to handle it? or am i meant to have a huge thing for something?

You're meant to have a huge thing if having a huge thing is your thing. You'll get access to certain hyperplay scenes if you get big enough. If you want to have a big wanger and still not miss out on penetrative scenes consider growing another penis and keeping it small. There might be some scenes where you can fit no matter how big you are but they'll be few and far between.
Ya, it's great to have multi-penors just incase some writer down the road adds multiple penetration scenes for characters or for having several penis's of varying size.

Also, there's a middle ground? I always thought if you can't access normal scenes then some hyper ones would unlock. Guess it's either go big enough for them or shorten/thin yourself down to fit people. I never knew about this 'middle ground' or how much you needed exactly to get access to the hyper scenes because I don't dare touch that zone. I'll stay here with my 12 inch long 2 inch thick huge-but-not-hyper dick, thank you.

@OP: 16 inches long is pretty big as it is, that's like... Emmy size I think, but you're really gonna have to either thin yourself down a good couple inches or get a second much smaller dick if you don't wanna rip NPCs apart with that thing a.k.a. get locked out of scenes.

My actual preferred length is around 9-10 inches (unless I'm on my trapSteele with her girly little 4-incher). I like hypers - a lot! - but it's more important to me to have as many scenes available as possible, and since there's way less hyper scenes than regular scenes...
It varies from character to character, but for example the zil female accepts something up to around 14-16 inches in normal scenes, and her hyper scene unlocks starting from 40 inches. If you have anything in-between then you are essentially locked out of her content.
That's why I stuck around 12" x 3.4" (Pandereen for thickness). Most characters can barely take it and there are not enough hyper scenes to warrant growing extra dicks. CoC seemed to have more variance in that regard and my most heavily used character had 3 dicks in that game.

One of the hard "no"s for CoC involved using genitals as weapons. I assume it hasn't changed for TiTS.
There are "ultra hyper" scenes, at least 2. I forget the first, the the khorggone (however it's spelled) requires a whopping four feet of donger for one scene. I've yet to experience it, only just got that large, but I expect it to be ridonkulous.

I think the problem of the "hyper middle ground" is that what constitutes a "hyper" dick in TiTS is sort of all over the place. If we're going by real penis standards (which I know we aren't), 10" is a huge dick. Like top few percentile big. If we go by the unofficial "8-inch porn standard" that's been discussed before and seems to be supported by the various in-game dick measurements, 10" is still 25% bigger than average.
I personally would consider any IRL dick over 10" to be "hyper." 10" is twice as big as average, and going up to a foot long dick is insane. In a space porn fantasy, 16" seems like a good cutoff for declaring something "hyper," as it is also twice as big as the 8" "average." I know there's plenty of size kings and queens out there, but seriously, a 16" cock is fucking ridiculous. I don't think there should be any "big dick" scenes other than "ultra hyper" scenes (something like my as-of-yet-unimplemented female naleen tailjob, for example) that aren't accessible by a character with a 16" dick. And then, most characters/encounters should probably be able to accommodate up to 16" in at least one way. Even Aislinn, who is supposed to be very small and will have among the strictest vaginal limitations in the game, can take up to 16" in her ass.
Granted, this wouldn't really affect the OP because using dick length as capacity shorthand immediately implies the default thickness ratio. Which has obviously been surpassed several times over in this instance.
If I may, I think this conflation of hyper-sizes is largely due to furry porn, where it's not THAT uncommon to find 30+ inch dicks effortlessly destroying someone's insides. I generally keep everything 15" (15x3, 12x2 or 10x2 are my "defaults") or below, to not get locked out of scenes
few hyper scenes that I know of are with Zil female and Shekka (although you need a massive dick that is at least 40 inches, able to cum 500 ml minimum and be 5 feet tall or more.)

There's Ellie on New Texas.
