Can anyone explain how to download and play CoC on a iPhone/IPad. I keep downloading it on to Dropbox but I'm unsure what to after that to play it.

Yes, it does have to be jailbroken. There is a thread detailing what to do here, it's just in the TiTS forum instead of the CoC forum. Why? I haven't the foggiest.
