The process is actually very simple. Just engage Kyrm in a spar, but decide to just simply not do anything to her and hit the Leave option. For those tech specialists that need to refresh your shields, open your inventory and close it. You can now infinitely spar with Kyrm and theoretically gain max level + infinite savicite without time ever progressing. If you can consistently beat Kyrm, this makes her an impeccable XP and savicite/random item farm since you can force her encounter the most.

Also Korgonne Female bug.

You can now infinitely spar with Kyrm and theoretically gain max level + infinite savicite without time ever progressing.
Hopefully fixed for the next release. Added a some minutes passing (+1 minute for each turn passed during battle) after defeating her in combat.

To prevent issues with time-based events, such as vital missions or certain time-triggered events, time usually does not progress during combat. Pre- and post-combat is fine for that to happen.

Also Korgonne Female bug.
This issues should already be addressed here.
