Is there a debug or cheat mode for infinite items in COC2?

Not yet. They might add one, but no idea when.

Does anyone remember in FOE there was a debug command that let you edit your character or allowed you to get whatever items you wanted? It would be cool if the cheat code for COC 2 enabled a scene were you stumble upon a genie’s lamp and the genie gave you whatever you asked of it. More levels, money, unlock give skills, increase virilty/fertility-make sterile, change body, give birth hyper fast. I like the idea would be a great way to make cheats immersive.

You can just hit F12 to open the console and do it.
