I can see it on the wiki and if i cheat to unlock the galley but I can't see how to unlock it in game

It seems the pierced busts are not possible to unlock in-game at the moment, so I've hidden them from the gallery for the next release. I am unsure if they were intended to be used as the default busts or just art created for potential future content, but the reason they exist is unclear--an image swap will be made if this ends up being the case.
