Incubation Speed wiped on Type change? Preg Haley -> Laquine Ears (1000%) -> Draco Guard (100%)

Are the stats on the womb supposed to reset like that? My character was pregnant from Haley, then I had the Laquine Ears and it said something like "Your breeding speed has increased tenfold!", I checked the Incubation Speed, and it was 1000%. After that, I used a Draco Guard and it changed the vagina type, but I immediately noticed Incubation Speed fell back to 100%.
This feels very odd and inconsistent. Is there some interaction that I'm missing here, or does that seem like a bug?

Each pregnancy has it's own modifier, set when it started. Changes to Incubation Speed aren't supposed to modify an existing pregnancy.
Are you sure you looked at the same stat?

Example:
Female Organs
Fertility: 100 %
┕ Speed Modifier: 200 %

Womb
Pregnancy:
┕ Incubation Speed Modifier: 150 %

If you're certain it's the same stat, file a bug report. Especially if you have a previous save.
