Are there ways to expand upon wetness, chest sizes, and body size? the wiki doesn’t really help with my question unfortunately

For wetness using succubus milk infused with Lush Orchid can increase wetness up to 10 in the character sheets.
Chest size is increased by a multitude of in game items such as; gold eggs, bovum sherry's, succubus milk, and more feminine leaning items which have been infused with Wild Melons. For body size, if you are referring to tone & thickness then go to its section on this page in the wiki

Yeah, it’s a tad less structured than a few other wikis I’ve seen but it’s still functional, so that’s a plus.
Virility Booster that Vaush sells (find him alone in a RNG encounter in Foothills, really wish he'd just go home once you finish Right of Conquest) will add +1 wetness per dose also, as well as increase Cum Multiplier up to 25 (and ball size if it's already there or close to it). It's a lot cheaper than Succubus Milk, then you can use Lush Orchid Succubus Milk to get the Lubricated perk instead.
