Okay, so I'm just pitching this out here so I can get some general reception.
So the even takes place on New Texas on any of the roads (basically any tile that has nothing special going on), only occurring If the PC is treated, and has a penis, a random event will occur where a young, freshly treated cow walks up to you and starts stroking ya dick, she says she wants a kid, and before you can accept or deny it, her father rushes in an drags her behind a corner. At this point you can either leave, or follow them.
When you peek around the corner you can see the daughter isn't quite pleased with her father's interference. They argue for a bit and as she turns to leave her father loses his temper grabs her shirt, accidentally tearing it off. They both pause, then the dad decides to go with it and starts banging his daughter in an alleyway.
During the fuck fest he gets more riled up, ranting about all of the years of her teasing him. Meanwhile her only concern is that of an incest baby, to which her father scolds her for never paying attention in class, as the Treatment provides enough genetic variance between offspring to prevent any birth defects if accidental interbreeding occurs (no idea if this is cannon, but I'd like to assume it is since even without incestuous sex, the selling and distribution of sperm will probably lead to a bunch of sisters, daughters, and mothers carrying their relatives children).
