Mmm, this is definitely a nice idea for sure, although I do have two things to say on the matter.

1. (Was ninjaed by Ranma just now...) But yeah, I wouldn't wait on other people's opinions and gauge interest, and just write it!
2. For a first time project, I would highly recommend NOT doing straight up preggers content first, as pregnancy in TiTS is pretty hard to write as a whole, let alone as a newbie writer. I would probably start with something MUCH smaller like a TF or QoL item, and work your way up to this.
