Thicc&shake overdose? Just keep shaking until you pass out. If you're not offended by "plastic" Dr. Badger is an option.
You can edit the implant descriptors to not show those/only show certain ones, even.
Not sure if you're saying none of these makes your Steele's butt any bigger or that the description doesn't change. If going goo doesn't bother you, you can goo yourself up with Galomax and change hip/butt size on the fly (you can un-goo after and still maintain the ability). Estrobloom can up the size of your hips and butt, but it's also got other effects and can reduce the size of dick + balls if that's an issue. If you do Kiroquest (or use the cheat menu) there's the Buttslutinator. Just be sure to only use it twice max if you don't want the bad end.
Didn’t work, tried it 3 times in a row downing 20 of them in total. I didn’t have any perks preventing a size increase but I loaded an old save and now it works. No idea what the hell happened. Lol
Neither the stats and the character image would change past a butt size of 1. I tried everything I could find that’s supposed to increase hip/butt size and nothing would work. I guess it was a bug or something because when I loaded an old save, everything worked fine.
It's not the amount used it's the number of times you use the masterbation menu to "Shake." Could you post the save?
The minimum you can get on implant descriptions is "gravity defying" but my statement about plastic was more to OP's desires from a Roleplay/aesthetics choice. Some people don't like the idea of implants hence the preface.
Nope. You can turn implant-specific descriptions off in their entirety if all you want is the size increase, which is why I pointed it out.
I'll accept that some people might just be against the idea on principle. Looks like OP managed to resolve the issue on their own, though.
