Idk what I did but apparently I nuked Myrellion [Not a Bug]

Unsure if it was a bug but apparently without me doing anything to anyone it seems that I cant park up top, and cant ascend using the buttons on screen (you can still use the q key though, is that a bug? I'm not sure)

anyways how the hell did I nuke myrellion and how do I avoid it for future runs

Weird when I tried to use my Techie I got the message I couldn't possiblly know how or do this. but my merc character did it everytime may have been my personality Its it Kara's side quest or the Queens questline?
