Idea for a Perk

It's just the thought I had while starting a new game. I'm playing as a thief with kind of a rouge-ish feel to him. Like most rouges, I like to dual wield but I noticed that my off-hand is slightly weaker than my main which would make sense. Since there is no intelligence stat I thought it'd be cool to have an agility based perk called "Ambidextrous" which makes your off-hand weapon have the same stats as if it was your main. There could be other ways to earn it but I thought this would be a neat perk to have.

Rogue, not “rouge”. Rouge is the blush you put on your cheeks or a shade of red.

And that perk sounds too OP, so I’m sure that’s why the devs shot it down. Sorry, man.

I think daggers are the only weapons you can dual wield and even then it gets downright silly sometimes. Cleave with dual-wielded daggers is especially nuts.
