well for some reason wen i was using a iseminator PRO (one of those inplants you can get at dhaal) and with that i can do so things like rise my virility but for some reason it was always the same number no matter whati did ( i dont know if this is the reason why the error happened) so i went to dhaal to remove it and put another one but then the error happened so istead of removing it i tried just buying a new one and just install it and same thing

By chance do you have the 'Nuki Nuts perk on your charater?

If so, inseminator pro doesn't work and will crash when you try to uninstall the inseminator pro.
It sounds just like this bug report.

EDIT: I don't think 'Nuki Nuts is the problem with this I think that it's the variables in which the Inseminator Pro uses to calculate it's overidden stats.
I've made my own bug report on it to go into better detail of the problem.
