I think some writers who take commisions have threads on the forums ? Maybe you could try PMing them ?
I found that by searching.unfortunately, the newest post is two years ago. Savin told me there isn't another post like this for the other games. Unless there some other post I didn't find, I think this might be the only one on the site.
It's a good place to start. Some of the folks that posted in that thread are no longer active, like SKoW. Some may just not be active here on the forums.
Nonesuch, Wsan and SoAndSo are all active members here. They are also, I assume, actively writing for TiTS and/or CoC2, so I'm not sure if they have the time or inclination to take on commissions. Doesn't hurt to ask, though, and who knows? Maybe they can refer you to another writer that's not in that thread.

SKoW is still active in terms of writing, but very elusive. Also, not too likely to take random commissions. But still worth a shot.
