i found these in a compilation. ive done everything i can think of to try and find ether More, the creator, or (with luck that it exists) the game they came from. so i was hoping i could find some help or a confirmation, from some people with better connections, a longer list of places to look, or are just batter at looking then i am.

normally id wright them off as "made to look like for a game", but theirs more then one, and well a guy can hope.

I sorted by the tags RPG, Japanese Game, and Pregnancy on F95Zone and couldn't find any games with this character. However, I did find a game that had one preview image with the same kind of x-ray pregnancy as in the middle image. It's called Anera The Demon Tower by Camaros.

i posted the same question on a couple different forums. im sad to say i got an answer, "it's not actually from a game, the artist just wanted to make something that looked like it could've been".
well the artist accomplished their goal in flying colors, and if i ever meet them im going to deck them for it.
