how do you get to the Christmas world i may be missremembering but I remember there was one in the miscellaneous section was that just removed or does it have to be Christmas time for it to appear?
I could use some advice

There are no planets unlocked exclusively by Christmas events, though Canadia can be unlocked by one and Ausaril (while not a repeatable location) is visited in another. In any case, you can access these events by setting Christmas holiday events to "Always" in the cheat menu - load the save you want to access them on, return to the main menu and click/tap the dot on the i in TiTS, then the cheat menu will be accessible in the Options screen.
