I am unable to overdose on thicc and shake.

Even after reading the wiki, i cannot do it. can someone explain how in a more clear way?

What are you doing? Overdose is randomly triggered after battle when Teasing with 'Hips'. I think you do have to win, though.

I've never done it through combat, you can trigger an overdose by shaking your hips via the masturbation menu four times in a row. If you only take one, it's a 20% chance on the fourth (and further) shake, but generally you should just use five doses of Thicc & Shake since five doses both guarantees the overdose happening on the fourth shake and getting a perk from said overdose. I'm not sure, but it may have a minimum lust requirement, in which case I'd recommend just drinking from Ellie's tits, since one of the vending machines you can get T&C from is in the BBQ place directly across the hall from Ellie's gift shop, and drinking from her temporarily raises minimum lust.

The actual overdose conditions are to:
  • Shake 4 or more times (whether it's through Tease attacks or masturbation doesn't matter)
  • Not have explore events disabled (e.g. not doing any quests with their own locations)
  • Either have your hip and butt ratings be at least 20 each, or a random chance equal to 20% per dose applied (max 100% at 5 doses)
Applying at least five doses also guarantees getting a perk from overdosing if you qualify for any of them; otherwise, it's a 1 in 3 chance.
