I am confusion. Where TF is the Recreation Deck??

As per the title- where tf is the recreation deck. Ran into Minuet on Zheng Shi and she said to meet her there. Per wiki info, it's supposed to be on the station. I've already got the next set of coordinates. Been all over the station and nada.

Unrelated to Zheng Shi- My nine Sydian children aren't showing up in the nursery, but they're in the Codex's children list. Is this a bug or are Sydian births like Tentacles and I have to do Maternity leave to get them there?

Top floor of the Elevator. You have to have defeated the Shock Hopper to get off on that floor.
She's one square North of the Elevator.

So there's a floor above where the Sidewinder and Teyaal (I think they're on the 3rd floor??) are then? Hmmm... Looks like I'm gonna have to really take my time with that station then and really look; I've been all over that station and swear I didn't see another up option after the floor the Sidewinder's docked at.

Though the floor plan for the Rec deck gives me the impression that there was much more planned for it.

And there is one more planned deck for Zheng Shi: the Command/Ops deck.
