At the time I passed on the huskar twins as I wasn't in the mood, and didn't realize this permanently disabled them, and now I cannot talk to anno about huskar treats. Do I need to start over from scratch to unlock huskar treats anno?
Only if you're not willing to save edit. If you are, set flags["UVETO_HUSKAR_FOURSOME"] = undefined in the console (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+i), or delete that flag from your save file.
