This isn't even a real framework at this point (hence why it's in "ideas" instead of "submissions"), but I figured that I ought to get the weapon ideas and character out there before I bother with refining the concept much further.
tl;dr Hugo is a feminine half-ausar salesman who shows up in Novahome after the PC discovers Myrellion. His shop's items are meant to be roughly balanced with the item selection at the Kihacorp shop on Myrellion, and play around with weird mechanics or damage/resistance types. Don't have any plans in the works to make him sexable at the moment, but down the road, who knows? He's sort of a cute, canine version of the Cheshire cat, except this Cheshire cat sells you lethal weapons and drinks liquid meat.
