So I did this quest a while ago on my latest playthrough and it seemed to be a pretty small quest that added Drifa to the wayfort and the corrupted lupines in the dungeon, after completing the rather short cave dungeon. But I feel like I must have missed something because I keep seeing references to characters and decisions in the quest that just did not seem present in the slightest to me. Like someone named Oliva? Do I need to progress some other quests for another stage of HitD to pop up? Or did I somehow mess up and lock myself out of most of the content here? I've checked the wiki but it's utterly useless on this front, and I'd just like to know if I managed to fuck up and lock myself out of the quest or not.

The quest has essentially three ways to beat it. When you go to the sub bosses that are on the wings of the dungeon, Tharsus and Olivia, they both offer a mutually exclusive offer to team up with them to take down Asgeir.
Teaming up with Olivia gets her to move into the Wayfort.
Teaming up with Tharsus gives the option to genderbend the Lupines, and if you betray Tharsus (he is a piece of crap so dont feel bad), you can genderbend Asgeir as well.
