Okay first of all, i want SPOILERS.

Now, im at the den of wolves and as i understand its either the warlock or the bard, i cant pick both right? And if i pick the warlock, is Olivia's content blocked for me? I want to know this before commiting fully.

You can only choose one of them,
if you choose Tharsus he gives the ability of turning the lupines into girls.
if you choose Olivia you can send her to the wayfort.
and yes if you choose one the other one will be blocked.

It's definitely a tough choice (and one I'm glad I don't have to make just yet) but honestly content surrounding a named character sounds more interesting than just "a pack of wolf girls" imo

I'll look into that. See if maybe I could console edit it since that doesn't usually put a save in danger.

There was a console command posted on the forum when the content was new. You may be able to find it by searching. "flags olivia" is probably a good start.
