1. Write a slyveren TF to the standards required for TiTS submissions
2. Submit that TF to the game
3. Wait for it to be reviewed
4. Depending on the outcome of the review:
   • If Fen says something like "No, I'm not going to allow a slyveren TF in-game no matter how well it's written", give up all hope of ever becoming a slyveren
   • If it gets rejected for a different reason, take any advice given to you and go back to step 1
   • If it gets accepted, go to step 5
5. Wait until the TF is coded and in-game
6. Obtain and use the TF as many times as necessary
