How to use console commands in the new system

I just got back into Tits after about a year and was excited for the new system, but I really want to avoid grinding for cash until I can use the poker table, how do you use the console commands on the new system? Tried inputing the code just anywhere into the game and I can't find a console command area like in the old codex

1. Load a save

2. Go back to the main menu

3. Click the dot of the "i" in the giant TiTS logo 3 or more times. You will get a notification that cheats are enabled.

4. The options has a nes "Cheats" tab

5. Cheat what you need

6. Return to gameplay and make a save. Now the cheat menu will stay unlocked.

You missed a Blog post. It's also on the Wiki.

Blackjack isn't as lucrative as it used to be. You can't Custom Bet anymore.
There was a report about Roo taking 50 net wins for one cycle. That was reported as 'fixed' for (the upcoming) 9.011, but I don't know if the bet amounts or Credit totals have been adjusted, or if Gedan actually implemented variable/Custom Bet functionality (which has been cited as a low priority).
