How to update TiTS?

I know this probably has a really obvious answer, but how do you update the TiTS AIR without losing your save data? My current version is 0.7.127, if that helps any

Open your game and then choose save to file. Load the file in the upgraded version.

The saves aren't in the program, they're stored externally. You should have your saves even you run the air version from another location on your comp. If you want to bring your saves from a different version to the AIR one, there's a save profile thing in the AIR version, or you could use safe to file like Keto said. You could also use the save editor to move your saves, it has the default locations for all game versions.
