How to Unlock Etheryn's Queenly Raiment Set?

Hello! I like Etheryn and wanted to use her with the healing set I read about on the wiki. It says it is a default outfit, but she has no option to change outfits when I checked. Did something get changed or am I missing something?

When you make the attack on the palace in Winter City, the first tile on which you are placed will have an option to descend to the basement. Down there you'll find Ryn's first outfit, the "Queenly Raiment". You'll also find some slightly disturbing info regarding Queen Alissa.
