how to trigger event/dialogue

There's a scene and a dialogue that I haven't been able to figure out how to get them to happen.

The first is the scene with Kiyoko where she's drunk as a skunk and upset with the champion. Is this event totally random, or is there something specific that makes it happen?

The other is some dialogue that gets added to Cait when you give her a smooch, where she says it makes her happy to get attention from people she loves. I've played quite a bit with a number of characters, but only seem to have gotten this dialogue on one character and I have no idea what I did to make it happen.

Not sure on the Kiyoko scene but Cait's alternate dialogue when you kiss her is triggered by the Champion either having really high Libido (60+) or their Resolve is currently below 50%.

For the drinking one she has to not currently be pregnant and have had at least 4 kits. Then it's just a random chance when you enter her tile.
