How to see the harpy ringleader pregnancy scene?

So apparently on the wiki if the harpy ringleader is knocked up and you explore the hills around the end of her pregnancy you can come across her. I have tried doing so for a while with no success, even used the wait option to go way over the pregnancy duration the lore says harpies have but she doesnt show up in the harpy attacks. She become available again only if i see her with the daughter during the nightime.

Is there a specific spot or time where i have to visit to see her?

Nope, just a random encounter. It's added to the foothills ~7-8 days after you knock Zhara (the wingleader) up.
