How to remove a knot?

I apologize for asking a question twice in one week. But I selected the cowgirl option with Oxana my character is now stuck with a knot. I checked the wiki but I don't have much luck finding a way to get rid of it.

Root of Man infused with Turgid Mushroom is the most obvious way, but if you have a non-Human penis you can substitute certain other items that will remove the Knotted tag while keeping your penis like it was. For example, Cat's Tongue Berry if you have a catfolk penis, Mare's Barley if you have a horsedong etc.

And no need to apologize, asking questions is why this board exists. xD

Thank you. Also, I can't tell if this has been around and I just didn't notice it until now. But did my character's balls always grow over the course of a day, or was this just another side effect?

If you have balls, they'll vary in size somewhat depending on how full they are, or vary by a lot if you have the Nuki Nuts perk.
