I don't want to have boobs, but I got them from picking up some magical item. How can I reduce the size of my chest (or remove boobs entirely if possible)? I know Blue Egg reduces them, but if I did 4 of those my penis would be insanely long.

Use alchemy. Blue egg + Wild Melon will get you the targeted tf. Alchemy is available at Ivris.
Just as an added measure, if the magic item is a certain unique crit enhancing ring, you're gonna want to read it's description.
You can use blue eggs, but for me I find Minoblood Wine refined with a Wild Melon to be the most effective. It can also be refined to decrease your hip/butt rating, which blue egg can’t do.
