• Tail/ears/face/limbs: Wolfsboon/Lycanthorn (assuming it'd be more fitting)
• Red eyes: Red Lenses. May be mixed with different eye types.
• Hair: Hair Growth Potion+Silver Scrub
• Chest B-C?
• Height: under/around 6''?
• Neck: Choker of the Pain Slut/Collar of Submission (even if it's pink!)/Black Monkshood
• Shoulders: Leather Spaulders
• Top: Camisole+no idea, really
• Hands: Latex Gloves/Royal Gloves/Arm-length Leather Gloves
• Feet: Kunoichi Footwear/Thigh High Leather Boots
• Bottom: Studded Leathers/Latex Shorts (maybe?)

I don't know who "vizio" is, but I think height is capped in the game.

As for powers, perhaps these ones could work.

There's no fucking way she's 9'6". Her human disguise in the third episode is similar in height to her hellhound form when compared to Blitzo, which you can see multiple times throughout the episode. And when you compare her human form to all the other humans from the episode, assuming that the average adult male is between 5'8" and 6'0", she probably sits pretty comfortably in that range. If I had to guess Vivzie must have mixed up Loona and Vortex at some point considering she only comes up to his chest.
