How to post good bug reports

I could have sworn we had this thread before, but I couldn't find it...

Requirements:

1. Include the game version in your title.
2. Make a good title.
3. Give a description of the bug and how often it occurs.
4. Include the browser and browser version you are using to play the game, or the platform you're playing on. Windows download or android etc.
5. Copy and paste any error text in a crash screen. Screenshots work, but a copy and paste of the raw text is better.
6. If you're posting about typos, include the whole paragraph where the typo exists for context; this helps find the correct content to fix.

Example:

Title: 0.9.100 Anno disappears from crew
Body:
Anno randomly leaves my crew.
I am using Google Chrome version 69.420.
Sometimes the game crashes when it happens, here is the crash message:
