How to post good bug reports

I could have sworn we had this thread before, but I couldn't find it...

Requirements:

1. Include the game version in your title.
2. Make a good title that is succinctly descriptive of the issue at hand.
3. Give a description of the bug and how often it occurs. Be explicit about the options you took leading up to the crash.
4. Include the browser and browser version you are using to play the game, or the platform you're playing on. Windows download or android etc.
5. Copy and paste any error text in a crash screen. Screenshots work, but a copy and paste of the raw text is better.
6. If you're posting about typos, include the whole paragraph where the typo exists for context; this helps find the correct content to fix.
7. Include a save close to the issue if you can, this vastly reduces the problem space and speeds up how quickly we can fix things, especially if the issue is related to some specific configuration of things that exists in your save data.

Example:

Title: 0.9.100 Anno disappears from crew
Body:
Anno randomly leaves my crew.
I am using Google Chrome version 69.420.
Sometimes the game crashes when it happens, here is the crash message:
