How to play as a trap/shemale in CoC2??

I tried to play biological male with feminine stats but apparently don't have the option to have boobs..

If you're starting as male, i believe there are body slider options to more or less make yourself more effeminate. for breasts however you'll need to eat transformation items, though this can easily be done with pink eggs in the starter town.

Alternatively, you can start as female and drink the blue potion in the tutorial, which will grow a dick for you.

it's the same thing the other way around, my orc dude is forced to have a minimum of c cups

Elves can start off that way, every other race needs TFs to get boobs -- but they're real easy to get.
