How to lactate while keeping flat chest ?

Hii~ guyss, I want my flat chest character to lactate while keeping his chest size. If i use transformation or lady evergreen piercing, the chest always go to B cup. Ingesting Wild melon blue egg while lactating wont reduce the size back to flat.

I just want my flat boyish character to lactate and keep his flat chest.

Is it possible ? If so how ?

If it works like it does in TiTS, you'll start gaining cup sizes once you're at 50% of your capacity - so if anything, increasing your capacity means you'll go longer before having to get milked to lose the extra cup sizes, assuming you can do so without also increasing your milk production rate (which, again assuming it's like in TiTS, is a flat amount rather than a percentage of your capacity per minute).

The answer to that first question is bc fetish and everyone associates lactation with big/huge breasts with nothing less than that.
There also isn't a way to make it so that you can keep a flat chest with lactation like you can do with the Lactaid Milk Tank mod in TiTS unfortunately.

Part of it is biology, not just fetish -> breasts do change during lactation. The internal structure changes: mammary gland tissue grows, some fat is used up, and the breasts store milk inside, which means there’s a difference when they’re full vs. empty. Especially at the start, they can swell a lot as blood rushes in to fuel the changes.

You can see an extreme case in dairy cows -> before and after milking there’s a huge difference, however they can produce up to 10 liters per milking.

Also, isn’t the cup size actually the less impressive part of bra sizing?

Maybe a better solution is to curve the increase. So flat character only produce small ammount of milk so it stays mostly flat, then gradually if your bust is big the increase also bigger.
