Lustful Liquor (purchasable from Kohaku if she has it in stock) is designed specifically for this purpose. The Choker of the Pain Slut (purchasable from Viviane; while equipped, converts some critical HP damage received into Resolve damage) will increase your Libido every time its effects trigger (so don't use it with a shield, since they prevent crits).
I'd imagine certain TFs can also increase Libido, but it's probably only their raw versions that do so, and they come with a wide variety of other, possibly unwanted, effects, so they wouldn't be reliable.

Ice Wine would be the opposite drink from Lustful Liquor then in that it lowers Libido, just tried one recently from the stock Ryn gifts you at the end of the Festivus Celebration event and brought the stat down to 1.0.
