how to increase ear sensitivity?

is there a way to increase ear sensitivity without drastically changing my character?

I used sylvanol one time after I started as a gryvain and it litterally took everything that made my character a gryvain visually away and turned me into an elf.

I know that's what it does but I just want sensitive ears on my character and I can't find what items give that effect on the wiki.

largely it is 'emotive' ears like dog, cat, fox

If you use the 'franc' setting of Sylvanol, it only changes your ears. It's the rest of them that change other stuff.
That said the sensitivity is largely just flavor text, it doesn't have much/any gameplay function. Like above says certain scenes make use of 'emotive' ears which is basically any ears that can move (most animal ears + elf/goblin/demon ears). I don't know if gryvain ears count as that by default, though.
