How to get the "easy to miss" new encounter with Agnimitra & the Harpy Matron?

Tried to do this and didn't went beyond the first blue zone as i assumed the part of "...going to deep..." would be entering the second and third parts of the zone but when i managed to recruite Agnimitra i cleared the zone completly and got no such event, only event that triggered was a encounter with Zhara and Agni.

They could have specified it better instead of what was written "...before going too deep into the Foothills." ... . That's the literal entrance.

What does that fail to communicate? "Get Agni before exploring the Foothills" is pretty evident

"Get Agni before exploring the Foothills" and "...before going too deep into the Foothills." are two completly different things. They wrote the latter at the blog.

I know they did, that's where I read it too.
"before exploring" <- "before going too deep" my brother, those are nearly synonymous in practice...

"before going to deep" means you'r already in it and is recomended to do before go much further in, "before exploring" wich was never written (you mentioned that aswell) but means to never have entered. The scene seems to be the first tile scene with the matron (but with agni variant) before the harpy combat, so it doesn't even come close of being 'synonymous'.

To be fair, I'm on the side that thinks the phrase "going too deep" implies there's some non-negligible depth you can go (i.e. at least a few tiles) without triggering the scene - while technically yes, any amount can be too deep, there are better ways of conveying that you can't do anything in the Foothills at all before bringing Agni without locking yourself out of that scene. It's like saying "at least some of X are Y" when really, "all X are Y".

It's really not that deep lol
Especially because the intro harpy scene in the Foothills has been in the game for an absurd amount of years so it should be familiar enough to any regular player that would be following the individual changelogs
