How to get the altercation between Arona and Lyric

Is it random or a specific location since it says small lyric can also get it?

I can't get it to trigger in camp with small Lyric on any of my saves with Arona in the party and small Lyric in the pack at camp. So it might be a bug, unless you have to do something specific for the small Lyric-Arona scene that I don't know. Big Lyric triggers the scene no problem.
