Back at it again, I'm lost with the Dizzy and Bizzy quest, I've talked to Bizzy about her mom, then found her in dhaal, then go back to bizzy, and when i try the Her talk, i get the cold shoulder on Dizzy.. I've spend a lot on credit to attempt to get something changed and I've got no clue what to do now

Update : I'm not able to go back to Bizzy for some reason, it has been like 3 days in, how long does she take to get setup to Level 3?
Edit : all good on bizzy's side, its really just dizzy who doesn't want to let me know her name so i can buy her

It takes a week for her to finish the studio. Once that's done and you've talked to her about her mum again you should be able to buy Dizzy.
First you have to move forward with Bizzy's routes: give her big boobs or advise her to take exotic dance classes. Then she'll offer to buy the neighboring apartment to set up a studio, which will take about a week.
After that, talk to her about her mother again. Then fly to Dhaal and talk to Raskalia about herself, there should be an option with her real name.
