how to get a tail as a galotian after usage of Galo max pills

as the option is there but i can't for the life of me figuring it out, am i just being stupid or ?

I'm pretty sure the only Tail options being part/full goo gives you is the option to revert an existing tail to being gooey (losing the Furred, Fluffy, Scaled, Chitinous and Feathered flags in the process). However, most transformatives that affect tails should still work normally, so the answer to the title question should be "pretty much the same as for non-goos".
