How to get 3some with Liaden?

I just noticed on Fenoxoblog that apparently you can get 3some with Azzy and Liaden. Does anyone know how? Thanks!

You can randomly stumble upon them having sex in the Frost Hound, and feminine Champions get the option to join in. I don't know if the feminine requirement is "looks feminine", "uses feminine pronouns", "has a vagina" or some combination thereof, but I got the option (once) with a femherm Champ so the presence of a cock is definitely not a deal-breaker.

I believe it’s just “looks feminine” though I’m not 100% sure.
You definitely don’t need a vagina though
