I remember that currently there is no possible way to marry her. It is just something planned down the line/for epilog.

Ah ok thank you, I wonder why in the new backers patch 7.1. It Says "If you are engaged to Livrea, she'll come along to supervise you"

You can ask her about marriage in the future if you're lovers, at which point she says that she wants to wait until the war is over so her family (especially her parents) can be there for the wedding.
