How to become a Bimbo without the Treatment?

I'm planning a new playthrough and want to be a bimbo Ausar. But the only way to become a Bimbo (from what I can find in the Wiki) is the Treatment, or the Dumbfuck Pills. Is there any other way?
I kinda want to stay as an Ausar for the whole game, not turning into a cowgirl and then forced to transform back into an Ausar. And the Drugs carry too many risk / negative like heavy Taints.

You only need Ditz Speech to qualify. Doll Maker (IQ B-Gone Big Dose) or the Strange Ball in Dr. Badger's lab are probably the easiest.
Bimbo Hat works, too, but it takes your Accessory Slot.
